Weiland North – Completed and Ongoing Work
Weiland Rd
- NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN – Traffic on Weiland Rd is now split so the remaining work can be completed in the middle
- Pavement removal has started in the middle
- Excavation and placement of the stone base is expected next week
- Placement of concrete medians and asphalt pavement will follow
- Electrical work for the new traffic signals is ongoing
Aptakisic Rd
- NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN – New lanes are open!
- New railroad crossing gates and signals have been activated
- Started sod installation on the south side of the roadway
- Topsoil has been placed in the landscaped medians and covered with straw blanket awaiting perennial plantings in the Fall
- Daily lane closures will continue next week for westbound Aptakisic Rd to complete traffic signal and street lighting work on the north side of the roadway
